ZAKO Turčín is a modern engineering company having its seat in the region of south-east Moravia close to the city of Zlín. This region has also been well known for a high level of engineering production on which our company has already been based for many years.
Purchase and reconstruction of the premises of the former Březnice cooperative form in 1999 was an important milestone in the expansion of our production capacities. This step even gave us the possibility to equip the latest production and inspection technologies that guarantee the high productivity and quality important for the satisfaction of every customer.

Our company is engaged particularly in customized production of
machined and locksmith’s components with the possibility of consequent assembly.
The principal representatives of the assemblies produced and assembled in our company are:

Quality control
Great attention is paid to quality control in our company. Requirements of our customers are secured by a team of experienced inspectors independent of the production who utilize, in addition to standard measuring instruments, the latest testing instruments such as DEA Global Performance, Mituio Linear or Aberlink products. Presentation of testing protocols in accordance with the requirements of the customer is a matter of course for us.
Our employees
Our company employs highly qualified specialists prepared to analyze all demands of our customers and to select an optimum method of production in order to achieve favourable price and high quality and to meet the required delivery terms. A team of experienced, progressively thinking technicians willing to discuss and meet the requirements of the customers manages production preparation and control.
We organise recruitment of new employees in cooperation with the Industrial Polytechnic Secondary School in Zlín. ZAKO Turčín can offer its customers production capacities amounting to approximately 15,000 standard hours a month.
