Our company is focusing mainly on custom-made machining and locksmith´s parts with the possibility of following assembly.
In our company main representatives of production and assemble arrangements are:

	chamber tools at machine tool
	conveyors of splinters to machine tool
	manipulators to printing shops
	non-standard transport chains to industrial and food industrial plants

Locksmith´s production:

	Production of guards and components made of sheets – black, stainless and aluminium ones
	Weldments up to weight of 5,000 kg including annealing, sand blasting and their machining
	Welding of standard steel, stainless steel and aluminium
	Pressings manufactured on eccentric presses (10 – 80 t)
	We produce burnt components using laser, plasma and flame (up to thickness of 250 mm).

	Machining on CNC MCFV vertical machines (precise shape machining and drilling) (travels in axes: X max. 1,020 mm, Y max. 600 mm, Z max. 720 mm)
	Machining on CNC five-axis machines - rotary table 800 mm (travels in axes: X max. 1,000 mm, Y max. 1800 mm, Z max. 600 mm, diameter turntable - 800 mm)
	Machining on CNC lathes (diameter of up to 650 mm x turning length of 800 mm)
	Horizontal CNC machining (travels in axes: X max. 2,500 mm, Y max. 1,500 mm, Z max. 1,200 mm)
	Conventional milling (travels: 400 mm x 500 mm x 1250 mm)
	Turning on a lathe (diameter of up to 500 mm x turning length of 1,500 mm)
	Flat grinding (component maximum dimensions: 650 mm x 2,000 mm)
